The month of Ramadan heightens Spiritual Quotient.

The month of Ramadan heightens Spiritual Quotient. .
                         By-AHMED NOOR
Psychologists Zohar and Marshall used the term ‘Spiritual Intelligence’(SI) which is the expression of innate spiritual qualities through our thoughts, actions and attitude. It is about the growth of a human being. It is about moving on in life. According to them, Human beings are spiritual in nature. Spirituality is a natural state for all of us. A problem arises when we don’t take our spirituality seriously. People argue that the SI is the basic foundation for an effective use of Intelligence Quotient (IQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ). A person who has highly IQ and EQ, can be physically alive but he is spiritually dead., if he has no spiritually quotient. It means one can’t be physically and mentally healthy until one has spiritually healthy. Any person who has a high Spiritual Quotient will definitely be extremely wise. He is peaceful, honest and trust-worthy. He is charismatic and understand complex issues with ease. He is loyal, highly adaptable, accommodative and compassionate He is tremendous capability to work under pressure. He is patience and has high will power. He does not yield to any temptation. The month of Ramadan creates an atmosphere of piety, atonement, sympathy, forgiveness, charity, harmony and compassion. These qualities heighten Spiritual Quotient. It is a foundation of core beliefs and a better, holistic understanding of one’s purpose in life. Allah says in the holy Quran ‘Ramadan is the month in which was sent down the Quran as a guide to humanity and as a clear sign of guidance and judgment ( between right and wrong). So any one of you witnesses the month o f should spend it in fasting.’ Fast is one of best acts of worship during the Ramadan. It is mandated by Allah the purify the soul along with the practice of good deeds. It is a state of mind that transcends the physical restrain. It gives man the power to keep in check his unruly desires and tendencies. .It teaches being honest to yourself as well as others. It reminds observers they are accountable to themselves. The month of Ramadan teaches spiritual discipline which is a tool that helps to connect the physical body and mind and in deeply connected to God. During the fast, the most sublime quality is developed is – patience which is the pinnacle of self-mastery and spiritual agility. It is said that one moment of patience may ward off great disaster and one moment of impatience may ruin a whole life. Charity is another virtue, which brings peace to the giver. Deeds of charity protect one from the conflicts and problems of life. Thus the month of Ramadan increases Spiritual Quotient which helps to intelligence quotient and emotional quotient. These quotients create a healthy atmosphere for the individual as well for the entire human society.

After completing second phase, the process of third is being done, more and more industrial units are coming on third phase. The town has been well known for its hybrid seed processing  industries, bidi, industry  and agro based industries like dal mills, and oil mills. The seeds industries like Maharashtra Hybrid Seeds Company   Limited  (Mahyco), Krishidhan Seeds Private Limited and Bejo Sheetal   have made  earned good name across the world. The chairman of Mahyco,   Badrinaryan Barwale has been honoured with Food Prize by United Nation for contribution  of food   for  the world. Due to global competition unleashed by liberalization, many industries downed shutters but steel and seed industries have succeeded in retaining their positions. Jalna is one  the growth path as far as industrial activity is concerned. The government has announced  to set up bio-technology part (BT Park) at Jalna with the help of private sector units. This park give a tremendous boost to the BT sector in the backward area of Marathwada.   Jalna  has made  ahead  in production of some major  fruits like  sweet- orange,  Mango,  and  grapes. Jalna has not made big strides  in the field  of education.  Jalna is a commercial hub today and will soon boast of big industries  and good education institutions.    Shortage of water crippled of life of people of Jalna. People receive water once a week or 10 days. Industrial units  are hit due to shortage water.  Despite expending crore of rupees on water, the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation has failed to provide water.  There are 200 industrial units in which  45 steel industries. The industrial needs  3 MLT water but  the MIDC hardly provide 1 MLT water as result industrial units face acute shortage water.
